Steven Barclay, his daughters Lucy and Libby and the rest of the team at Barclay Group have always been absolutely brilliant to work with. They have a thriving business which has changed in many ways since we started working together. They’ve grown in size and currently have over 40 wagons on the road, they’ve moved premises and they’ve of course battled through the challenges that 2020 had to offer!
Adder provides Barclay Group with business stationery such as letterheads and compliment slips, Office 365 accounts so all the key personnel have professional email addresses, their bespoke website, business cards and we also support the team with social media management where required. We have provided the guys with our PR Services and had stories printed in various titles such as The Scottish Farmer!
We hope to continue to work alongside these guys for many years to come!
Optimised for Mobile…
All of our websites are optimised to work well on any mobile device. Whether it’s on an iPhone, Samsung or a desktop or tablet, our websites will perform well and look great.
There’s more to it than just good looks though! Mobile optimisation is also important for search engine rankings. Search engines such as Google and Bing prefer websites that are optimised for mobile, as they provide a better user experience for mobile users.
Why is Content King?
Some of the work that Barclay Group undertake is really specialised. They transport potable water for example and so relevant personnel have to undergo specialised training. The hygiene standards where drinking water is concerned are extremely high as you might imagine so it’s important that the website highlights that all of the relevant standards are met and exceeded by the business.
Also though, it’s really vital that a user can find the relevant content when searching for example on Google. For that reason, it’s really imperative that the content is written in a search engine friendly manner.
“We continue to work closely with the Adder Business team, from a website support point of view, building on top of what we’ve already done to continue looking for opportunities for improvement.”
